Troubleshooting
When spray output drops or sputters, check for clogs in the tip, filters, or hose, worn spray tips, and failing seals or packings. Relieve the pressure before servicing, clear or replace the affected part, and test-spray on a scrap surface before returning to the work.
Preventative Care
Clean the equipment at the end of every job: flush the pump, hoses, and gun with the correct solvent, remove and clean the tips and filters, and wipe down the pressure pot. Regular cleaning prevents clogs and dried coating buildup and extends the life of the equipment.
